How far in advance should I book? +
As soon as you know your date, ideally 4 to 6 weeks out for weddings, though we'll always try to accommodate shorter notice if we're available.
Do you bring your own supplies? +
We bring a small day-of kit (tape, scissors, safety pins, the usual emergency-fix items), but for anything event-specific like decor or signage, that's provided by you or your vendors.
What's the difference between this and a wedding coordinator? +
A coordinator manages vendors, builds your timeline, and runs the show. We're the extra hand that executes the physical, in-the-moment tasks, setup, errands, cleanup. Many clients use us alongside a coordinator or planner, not instead of one.
Can I book more than one helper? +
Right now it's just one extra set of hands per event, but reach out if your event is larger and we'll see what we can work out.
What areas do you cover? +
North Jersey, generally Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Union counties. If you're just outside that range, message us, travel can sometimes be arranged.
